As evidence & events are linked together into batches, they will start to show on the next available certificate in a ‘preview’ mode. This allows operators to see what a certificate would contain if it were issued, and which batches are underway but not yet complete.
- Open the eco2Veritas portal
- Go to the Certificates area
- Click a certificate marked as ‘preview’ (rather than an issued one)
- The certificate will display as normal, except that it will contain batches that are incomplete (orange warning icon) and batches that are complete but not yet included on a certificate (green tick icon). An issued certificate will only contain issued batches, with a dark green padlock icon.
- You can navigate around the certificate as normal, moving between the event tabs and viewing evidence
