Once evidence has been received on the platform, whether it has been added manually or received directly from cameras, weigh scales and sensors in a plant, it needs to be attached to the event it relates to.
Open the eco2Veritas portal
Go to the Operations area
All of the evidence already in the platform and not yet used on a certificate is displayed under the ‘Evidence’ tab
The icons at the end of each row indicate whether the evidence is already attached to an event (shown with a green tick), or if it needs to be attached. Click the red plus icon to attach that piece of evidence to an event
Use the tabs to switch to the correct type of event
Select the event the evidence should be attached to. If the correct event is missing, click the grey bar to create a new one
Click the ‘Attach’ button when you have selected an event
Next steps: After the evidence has been attached, you will be returned to the list of evidence. You can either continue to attach other evidence to events or move on to attach events to a batch.
