When you're reviewing a Preview certificate, you might notice that the wrong evidence has been attached. You can remove evidence before issuing a certificate.
- Open the eco2Veritas portal
- Go to the Certificates area
- Click a certificate marked as ‘preview’ (rather than an issued one)
- The Preview certificate will be displayed
- You can navigate to see the evidence by clicking on an evidence row.
(shortcut: click on the document icon at the end of the row to go straight to the evidence full screen viewer)
- If the wrong evidence has been attached to the event, click the ‘remove attachment’ button to remove it from the event
