You might notice that the wrong event has been attached to a batch. You can remove events from batches before issuing a certificate.
- Open the eco2Veritas portal
- Go to the Operations area
- Switch to the ‘Batches’ tab
- Each batch is shown in a row. Where the batch already includes an event, you can see the date and weight of the event as well as a green tick icon. Click any icon to view the batch
- Navigate to the tab for the event you wish to remove
- Click the event row to select it
- Click the ‘Remove event’ button
- The screen will update to show all unattached events of that type, including the event you just removed
